Terms and conditions
By accepting delivery of rented items, customer agrees to all terms and conditions shown on this rental contract. Customer acknowledges that he/she has received in good order all rented items and other goods listed on the contract.
Customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items, including their safe and proper use, operation, maintenance, and return in good order. Customer is responsible for all loss, damage, cleaning, or repair.
This rental contract forms the sole agreement between the customer and Jcl arcade and partyhire. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Jcl arcade and partyhire harmless for any claims from customers use or misuse, including any third parties for loss, injury, and damage to persons or property arising out of the customer's negligence or operation including legal costs incurred in defense of such claims.
Operators should read all warnings and instructions.
Customer acknowledges the possibility of injury and will provide adult supervision at all times according to the rules given to rental party prior to event, written instruction, or verbal.
Customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred by Jcl arcade and partyhire in enforcing these terms and conditions.
If the weather is uncertain, we will contact the Customer before traveling to hire site. The Customer will be given the choice to go ahead with the hire or cancel. If the Customer should choose to go ahead, full payment will be required regardless of the outcome of weather and hire.
Wind: for private events this is to be monitored by a responsible adult. Tie down points should be checked regularly to ensure they are secure and if wind is above 28 kph the inflatable is to be deflated.
Any cancellations within 14 days of the hire will pay 50% of the original hire fee and any cancellations. Any cancellations within 7 days of the hire the full hire amount is payable. For bookings already paid for no refund will be given instead a credit will be given. No refund will be given due to bad weather cancellations instead a credit will be given
